Kuch Bhe

Life feels like a fleeting evening to me, much like an evening that turns into night without realizing the beauty of moments. When the beautiful moments in life pass by, then it's the same somber life, the same routine. I want to live in those moments, or perhaps those moments are what make up our lives as Ali Sethi said, "Life is a stranger." In this journey, if we don't get what we desire, then hold onto what we do get and simply continue walking hand in hand. Because life is a puzzle, life is a tale.

Why Do I? (Extended)

Sometimes in life, you lose relationships not because you did something, but because you did nothing. You are being punished for the actions of others (your loved ones). I always questioned myself, "Will it always be like this? With me, my whole life?" You did nothing, yet everyone blames you. I have learnt a lesson  and this made me strong, and now I don't care about anything. Because you receive punishment for something you didn't do. So, what else can be done in that situation? The blame has been placed, so it's accepted. I have lost many relationships because of this. Why do I always have to make efforts. Now I wanted to see when I don't make efforts do they stay?

P.S. Do not do this to your loved ones. It breaks them inside.

Attachments

Attachments hurts more than love, breakups or heart breaks. when someone suddenly leaves the other person feels a physical pain inside. that physical pain is something not recoverable one can't discus it with anyone else. it brings annoying nature in that person.

Thoughts

I genuinely believe people come into our lives at specific times to teach us lessons and help us learn things about ourselves and how we show up in the world. Not everyone is meant to stay forever and that's ok.

Treasure the time you had together and the things you learned about yourself and others, and move forward if the relationship ends. That's the beautiful thing about this life we live-the impermanence. It's what makes it all worth living, it's what gives it all meaning.

Flow with the currents of your life, not against them, and accept that some people are not meant to be permanent fixtures in your life, but seasons, and that is perfectly ok.

Why Do I?

When I expressed him my side, he left saying some unusual things doing some unusual acts. I went behind him begged him, which I shouldn't.  Now I have learnt "jissay jana hai o chala jaye zindagi se". Why do I always have to make efforts. Now I wanted to see when I don't make efforts do they stay?

Finding Happiness in What You Have

In our fast-paced world, it's all too easy to get caught up in the pursuit of more—more success, more possessions, and more accomplishments. We often overlook the beauty and happiness that lie within our current state and relationships. Gratitude is the key to unlocking happiness. Take a moment each day to appreciate the things you already have in your life, whether it's a loving family, supportive friends, good health, or even the simplest pleasures like a beautiful sunset or a warm cup of tea. Cultivating gratitude shifts your focus from what you lack to what you have, opening your eyes to the abundance around you.

Living in the present moment is a powerful practice that allows you to fully experience and appreciate what is happening right now. Instead of dwelling on the past or anxiously anticipating the future, mindfulness invites you to be fully present in your current state. Engage your senses, savor the small joys, and be attentive to the people and activities that bring you happiness. The quality of our relationships has a profound impact on our overall well-being. Invest time and energy into fostering meaningful connections with your loved ones. Cherish the bonds that bring you joy and support, and let go of toxic relationships that hold you back. By surrounding yourself with positive influences, you cultivate an environment that nurtures happiness and personal growth.

In our quest for happiness, it's important to set realistic expectations for ourselves and our lives. Comparing ourselves to others or striving for an unattainable ideal only breeds discontentment and dissatisfaction. Instead, focus on your own journey and appreciate the progress you've made so far. Celebrate your achievements, no matter how small, and remember that true happiness is found within, not in external validations. Helping others not only benefits them but also brings immense joy and fulfillment to our own lives. Look for opportunities to extend kindness and generosity to those around you. It can be as simple as lending a listening ear, volunteering for a cause you care about, or performing random acts of kindness. By making a positive difference in someone else's life, you'll find a deeper sense of purpose and happiness within yourself.

Living for what you have and finding happiness in your current state and relationships is a transformative mindset that can bring immense joy and contentment to your life. Embrace gratitude, practice mindfulness, nurture meaningful relationships, set realistic expectations, and engage in acts of kindness. Remember, happiness is not a destination but a way of being. By embracing the present, you'll unlock the extraordinary happiness that lies within your ordinary everyday life.

Be Positive

"Heartbreaks are never easy. Whether it's the end of a long-term relationship, a painful rejection, or a betrayal by someone we trusted, the pain of a broken heart can feel overwhelming at times. But even in the midst of heartbreak, there is hope. Every ending is a new beginning, and every painful experience can teach us something about ourselves and our capacity for resilience. If you're going through a heartbreak right now, know that you are not alone. It's okay to feel sad, angry, or confused. Take the time you need to process your emotions and heal.

And remember - this too shall pass. The pain won't last forever, and you will come out on the other side stronger and wiser than before. So, as hard as it may be, try to find the silver lining in your heartbreak. Perhaps it's an opportunity to focus on yourself and your own growth.

Maybe it's a chance to reevaluate what you want in life and in your relationships. Whatever it may be, know that you are capable of healing and moving forward.

You deserve love and happiness, and nothing - not even a heartbreak - can take that away from you. So keep your head up, stay positive, and know that better things are on the horizon."

What If We Stopped Thinking? Exploring the Value of Mindfulness in Relationships

What if we pass a resolution to not to think any more.

We people think a lot and thats when where we fail at relations. Why don't we give time to other. We live in a world where our minds are constantly buzzing with thoughts, worries, and distractions. It's easy to get caught up in our own heads and forget to be present in the moment. But what if we made a conscious effort to stop thinking so much and instead, focus on being mindful in our relationships?

One way to do this is by practicing mindfulness meditation. Mindfulness is the practice of being present in the moment, without judgment or distraction. By focusing on our breath, our bodily sensations, and the present moment, we can quiet our minds and cultivate a sense of calm and clarity.

When we bring this mindfulness into our relationships, we become more attuned to the needs and feelings of those around us. Instead of getting caught up in our own thoughts and worries, we can give our full attention to the person in front of us. This can help us connect more deeply with our loved ones and build stronger, more meaningful relationships. Of course, this is easier said than done. Our minds have a tendency to wander, and it can be difficult to stay present in the moment. But the more we practice mindfulness, the easier it becomes to quiet our minds and be present with others. So, what if we made a resolution to not think so much and instead, focus on being mindful in our relationships? What if we gave ourselves permission to let go of our worries and distractions and simply be present with those we love?

It's worth considering. After all, the quality of our relationships is one of the most important factors in our overall happiness and well-being. By practicing mindfulness and being present in our relationships, we can deepen our connections with others and find greater fulfillment in our lives.

So, let's give it a try. Let's make a conscious effort to stop thinking so much and instead, focus on being mindful in our relationships. Who knows? We may just discover a deeper sense of connection and joy in the process.

Heartbreaks

Life was very happening with you, cherishing and loving all around. You loved me with all your heart and promised to never leave me. But you left me in the middle of the time when I needed you. But now I'm left with all these memories. It is hard to believe that your promises were not true and so were you.

I loved you with all my heart, but maybe you deserved better that's why you let go of me in the End.

I pray for your success.  Sending blessings
